ICCF Homes Partners with BDR Custom Homes to Build Affordable Single-Family Home

Grand Rapids, MI - Inner City Christian Federation (ICCF) Community Homes, the oldest non-profit affordable housing provider in the city, has undergone a rebranding to better reflect its mission of creating equitable opportunities through affordable housing.

ICCF Homes partnered with BDR Custom Homes to build a single-family affordable home in the city's Baxter neighborhood. The home is part of ICCF's commitment to providing quality, affordable housing options for families and individuals in Grand Rapids.

"We are thrilled to partner with BDR Custom Homes on this project," said ICCF Homes Executive Director Brian Tilley. "This home is a testament to our commitment to creating equitable opportunities for all residents of Grand Rapids."

The waiting list for ICCF's new 415 Franklin Apartments will be open from February 1-14, 2023. The apartments are located in the heart of Grand Rapids and offer a variety of amenities, including on-site laundry, a fitness center, and a community room.
